Very helpful on getting me in for an appt. With very short notice and helped get price knocked down.
After that, they then "informed" me of several issues and recommended a variety of repairs that added up to a lot of money. I declined their offer, and took my car to a trusted mechanic who advised me that none of the work reccommended was needed.
Its difficult to find a trustworthy shop so I will definitely be returning as they have shown me to be an honest helpful shop.
Took the car to my normal shop, turns out the tire wasn’t even punctured, just stuck in the tread. I️ realize they were probably busy, but man that pissed me off to get a call suggesting I️ change all 4 tires, then finding out it wasn’t even in the tire.
Make sure you know what the issue is with your car before you bring it to Certified Auto. I asked them to balance my tires and/or align the front end. They balanced the tires and that took care of the problem.
Had a wire in a tire, I️ am guessing they didn’t even take a look at it. Got a phone call saying it was t possible to repair, and he quoted me 4 new tires.
A vary fair shop in my experience.

New to the area called a couple friends about Certified Auto Repair. They both said they heard good things about them. Brought my winter beater Explorer in for brakes and exhaust system work. They not only checked it out for free but brought me back to the shop and showed me what needed to be done but showed me other things that I should keep an eye on for future repairs. Work got done on time and gave me discount coupons that help keep cost of the repairs down. Clean sitting area and also offered me a ride home. Thanks guys
